Dileep, the Malayalam actor has become father as his wife Kavya Madhavan has delivered a baby girl today on 19th October 2018, on the occasion of Dussehra. This news is confirmed by Dileep himself via Facebook post. In his facebook post, Dileep said that he and his wife Kavya have been blessed with a baby girl. Both the mother and daughter are fine now. Kavya gave birth to the baby girl at 4:45 am in a Kochi hospital
The sources say that Kavya Madhavan was admitted to the private hospital in Kerala yesterday and the news of her delivering a baby girl broke earlier today morning.
Dileep and Kavya Madhavan tied the knot on 25th January 2016, in the presence of their family and friends and earlier this year, Kavya Madhavan announced about her pregnancy.
This is Dileep’s second marriage. He was married to Manju Warrier on 20th October 19980. The couple has one daughter, Meenakshi (born in 2000). In July 2014, actor Dileep filed for divorce which was granted on 31st January 2015. Later Dileep married actress Kavya Madhavan at Vedanta Hotel, Kochi. On the otherside, Kavya was also previously married to Nishal Chandra but the couple called it quits in 2011.
Meenakshi, the daughter of Dileep and Manju Warrier, is currently living with her father. Dileep said his marriage to Kavya Madhavan took place with the approval of his daughter.
On 10 July 2017, Malayalam actor Dileep was arrested by Kerala Police and subsequently remanded for the conspiracy of kidnapping and attempted rape of an actress. On 4th October 2017, he was released on bail by the Kerala High Court with certain conditions.
On the otherside, AMMA President and popular Malayalam actor Mohanlal said AMMA has accepted Dileep’s resignation. He added, “I called Dileep and asked him to resign from the actors’ body.”
