#MeToo has hit India and the latest name cropped up in the row of #MeToo movement is of talent manager Anirban Blah. Anirban Blah, the founder of Kwan Entertainment, one of the biggest talent management agencies in the country, who takes care of brand endorsements of Superstar Mahesh Babu and Baahubali star Rana Daggubati.
According to the latest report, 4 aspiring actresses anonymously spoke about their experience with Anirbhan Blah. One of the anonymous survivor said, “He gave me the number of his suite, stating that the casting is done in the bedrooms and not in the public spaces.”
One of the actress shared her story and said when she said no to Anirban Blah, she was stopped getting brand offers. Some of her existing brand endorsement deals were transferred to other actresses whom he was close to. Later without much hullabaloo, she ended her association with the agency. Another actor revealed, “He told me I have small breasts, and hence, won’t have a long run in the Indian market.”
A Model claimed that one day when she went to Anirban Blah’s house for a professional meeting where he asked her to strip. According to the model, he said to her, “Waise toh tum hot ho. Why don’t you strip down and show me your body? “ Later he forcibly kissed her on the cheek when she tried to leave.
According to the latest update, Anirban Blah has fled to Berlin, fearing imprisonment post these allegations.
