Sasha Chettri, better known as the Airtel 4G girl, has been roped in Prabhas starrer upcoming action and romantic entertainer Saaho. Three years ago, in a report by the Broadcast Audience Research Council India (BARC), Airtel 4G ads featuring Sasha Chettri were aired 54,506 times between 19th September and 20th November 2015. Within those 2 months, she was featured on television for nearly 475 hours or approx 20 days straight. Sasha Chettri got more airtime than most celebrities.
Sasha Chettri received backlash for playing the character on Airtel’s 4G ads. But she did not take it to heart. Currently she is making her Telugu debut with Operation Gold Fish movie directed by Sai Kiran Adivi. Now finally the talented girl has got the opportunity with Prabhas, who became popular after delivering blockbuster movies- Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. It is known news that after delivering SS Rajamouli’s directorial venture Prabhas joined hands with Sujeeth Reddy for Saaho, in which Shraddha Kapoor is playing the female lead. The sources close to Saaho team reveal that Sasha Chettri will play the key role in this movie.
Apart from them Saaho has other stars like Neil Nitin Mukesh, Evelyn Sharma, Lal, Arun Vijay, Mandira Bedi, Jackie Shroff, Vennela Kishore, Mahesh Manjrekar, Chunky Pandey, Tinnu Anand, Naveen Varma Ganapathiraju, Aditya Srivastava, Sivakrishna, Murli Sharma and others in supporting roles. The movie is produced by V. Vamsi Krishna Reddy, Pramod Uppalapati, Bhushan Kumar.
Meanwhile Prabhas is busy in his next upcoming film #Prabhas20, which has been tentatively titled as Amour and Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead role. It is being directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and bankrolled by Krishnam Raju, Vamsy and Promod under the banner of Gopikrishna Movies in association with UV Creations. Set in the backdrop of 1970, the shooting of Prabhas starrer is currently going on in exotic locales of Italy.
