Kalyan Ram 118 movie joins list of Disaster

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Nivetha Thomas and Shalini Pandey starrer investigative thriller movie 118 has joined the list of disaster at the USA box office. 118 movie is going to incur losses for its distributors.

118 has a low key release in USA and it has made poor collections at the USA box office.  The trade analyst Jeevi has shared the collections figure of 118 on his Twitter. According to him, Kalyan Ram starrer 118 earned $15k on 3rd March in USA and the total collections of KV Guhan’s directorial venture is   $81k.  The movie became fail to recover the expenses for buyers. Jeevi wrote, “#118Movie collects $15k on Sunday (3 March) in USA and total gross so far is $81k. #118film US collections.”

Despite the strong buzz, Kalyan Ram starrer 118 seems to be heading towards disaster. The film that released on 1st March has received positive review  from critics  and movie lovers on its opening day and is doing decent collections in both Telugu States but it is turning out disaster in USA.

As the movie 118 is receiving  lukewarm response at USA box office, it looks like the distributors are in for some trouble.

 118 is directed by KV Guhan and is bankrolled by Mahesh Koneru under the banner of East Coast productions.
