Prasanth Neel is currently basking in the glory of his recent offering KGF starring Kannada star Yash. Recently the director attended an interview and talked about his next upcoming project. Prasanth Neel said, “Currently I am focusing on KGF: Chapter 2 which is slated for summer 2020 release. Several top Telugu producers promised me to arrange meetings with top actors of Tollywood.”
The sources close to Prasanth Neel reveal that recently he met Namrata for Mahesh Babu’s upcoming project and discussed a story. He is yet to develop it. Once he completes the plot, will meet Mahesh Babu. if everything will go accordingly, the upcoming project of Mahesh Babu and Prasanth Neel will be bankrolled under the banner G Mahesh Babu Entertainment.
KGF: Chapter 1, which was released during the Christmas season of 2018 turned out to be one of the biggest ever hits in the history of Kannada Cinema. KGF was also released in other languages Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.
Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu’s next upcoming film is Maharshi, helmed by Oopiri fame Vamsi Paidipilly, in which Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead. The movie is hitting the theatres on 9th May 2019.
