Mahesh Babu does not want to become National Hero?

Mahesh Babu has recently made official announcement about his upcoming production venture Major in which Adivi Sesh will play the lead role. Major is a biopic based on our national hero Sandeep Unnikrishnan,  who was martyred during the November 2008 Mumbai attacks. Recently during the media interaction, Mahesh Babu opened up about his entry in  Politics and about his production venture Major.

Few days ago, Maheh Babu’ wife  Namrata Shirodkar opened up about his political entry and refuted the rumors. She said, “Not at all. Neither Mahesh Babu is campaigning for any political party. Nor he wants to contest any elections.” She also said that Mahesh had no time to do anything apart from shooting for his movies. Now this time when Mahesh Babu was asked his entry in politics, he said , “no.” Spyder and Bharat Ane Nenu star said, “I would like to say that the politics was never meant for me and I don’t understand it either. And I stay far away from the politics.”

When Mahesh Babu was asked about his biopic- Major, he said, “It would have been an honour to do so. Major is a biopic based on our national hero Sandeep Unnikrishnan and Adivi Sesh fits the bill completely. I am looking forward to seeing Adivi Sesh in the film.”  Now everyone is curious to known, instead of roping Adivi Sesh, Mahesh Babu himself can act in this movie. Does Mahesh Bbau not want to become National hero by playing Sandeep Unnikrishnan role?

 On the other side, currently all eyes are on Mahesh Babu’ upcoming project Maharshi, which is based on love, sacrifice and friends. Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead whereas Allari Naresh will be seen in the role of Mahesh Babu’ friend. It is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally and is slated to hit the theaters on 25^thApril 2019.
