Pawan Kalyan has 312 grams of gold, diamonds, and platinum. The affidavit says Jana Sena Chief owns a Mercedes-Benz R-class R350, Volvo XC90, Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail. Apart from these vehicles, Pawan Kalyan also has Mahindra Scorpio, Skoda Rapid, and Toyota Fortuner.
Pawan Kalyan has three parcels of agricultural land in Shankarpally mandal near Hyderabad and non-agricultural land in the various places in Hyderabad and in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh.
Pawan Kalyan’ wife Anna Lezhneva has movable assets of Rs 30.5 lakh whereas his sons K Akira and K Aadya have assets of Rs 1.51 Cr and Rs 1.04 Cr. Renu Desai, the ex-wife of Pawan Kalyan is richer than Anna Lezhneva.
According to Pawan Kalyan, he has borrowed Rs 33.72 Cr including Rs 2.4 Cr from film director and his friend Trivikram Srinivas, Surekha (Megastar Chiranjeevi’s wife), Praveen Kumar and MRVS Prasad.
Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has been claiming that he was going through a lot of financial troubles. He has also said that he co-produced ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ movie to make money, but it ended as a disaster. Now it seems, Pawan Kalyan has improved his financial status. His income during 2017-18 was Rs 9.60 Cr, down from Rs 15.28 Cr in the previous year.
Pawan Kalyan owns a flat in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad valued at Rs 1.75 Cr. His wife has one-bedroom apartment in St Petersburg, Russia, worth Rs 40 lakh.
