According to the latest report, the makers of Vijay Devarakonda’s next upcoming film ,which will be helmed by Tamil director Anand Annamalai, have roped in Shalini Pandey to play the female lead. Shalini Pandey will play a substantial role in this trilingual drama, which will be made in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. The movie is expected to go on the floor very soon.
Anand Annamalai and his producers of Vijay Deverakonda are every happy with the performance of Shalini Pandey in Arjun Reddy so they are feeling that their combo could result in good buzz in audience.
Malavika Mohanan is on the board to play the second female lead. Titled Hero, the movie will be a sports-cum-relationship drama where a biker dude crosses roads with a musician. Vijay Deverakonda will be undertaking a crash course on biking before starting the work on the film. Mythri Movie Makers are going to bankroll the movie.
Vijay Deverakonda is presently juggling between filming Bharat Kamma’s Dear Comrade and Kranthi Madhav’s yet-to-be-titled project. In Kranthi Madhav’s film, Vijay Deverakonda will be seen sharing the screen space with Raashi Khanna, Catherine Tresa, Aishwarya Rajesh and Izabelle De.
On the other side, Shalini Pandey is currently enjoying the success of her recent offering 118 in which Nandamuri Kalyan Ram played the lead role.
Shalini Pandey is also busy in her upcoming movie Agni Siragugal.
