Tabu to play Allu Arjun mother in Trivikram Srinivas film?

Tabu who has shared the screen space with several top stars like Akkineni Nagarjuna, Megastar Chiranjeevi and Venkatesh Daggubati, is making her comeback in Tollywood. If ongoing buzz in media and film industry is to be believed, Tabu will be seen in upcoming untitled movie in which Allu Arjun will be seen playing the lead role in the direction of Trivikram Srinivas. The sources say that Tabu has been approached to play a crucial role in Allu Arjun’ next film and if the things will be materialized, she will be seen essaying the role of Allu Arjun’ mother in this film.

The film critic Jalapathy Gudelli tweeted, “ #Tabu is making comeback in Tollywood. She is likely to play a key role in director #Trivikram ‘s new film starring @alluarjun Haarika Haasine Creations and Geetha Arts will produce the film. Movie will be launched after #Ugadi festival.”

Tabu hails from Hyderabad  and she has acted in quite a few Telugu films like Ninne Pelladatha, Andarivaadu, Aavida Maavide and Coolie No 1. Earlier it was also heard that she was being considered to play a key role in Akhil Akkineni’s second film Hello in which Kalyani Priyadarshan played the female lead.

Stylish Star Allu Arjun and the team members  are reportedly excited with the idea of casting Tabu in a crucial role, but Trivikram Srinivas  is yet to meet Tabu and offer her the said role. Now we have to wait and see whether Tabu agrees to essay the role of Allu Arjun’ mother or not. Trivikram  Srinivas has completed the script work and the per production work has been already started. The regular shoot is expected to commence from the month of April. The project is rumoured to be titled Nanna Nenu and is said to depict father and son relationship.
