The sources say that it is a  romantic drama with all commercial elements in it.  According to the latest report, “Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Cheppalani Undi” is the title fixed for this romantic movie of Sudheer Babu and Krithi Shetty. This time Mohana Krishna Indraganti locked a lengthy title for Sudheer Babu starrer movie.

PG Vinda is handling the cinematography and  Vivek Sagar in rendering the tune whereas Marthand K Venkatesh is taking care of the editing department.

Sudheer Babu and Mohana Krishna Indraganti earlier collaborated for Sammohanam in which Aditi Rao Hydari made her debut in Telugu film industry. The movie Sammohanam was critically acclaimed and Sudheer Babu’s performance was loved by movie lovers.  He was last seen in Mohana Krishna Indraganti’ directorial venture V that released on OTT platforms  in which Natural Star Nani played the negative roles. The makers have started the promotional activities and now the title song from Gopichand and Tamannah Bhatia starrer Seetimaarr will be released on 3rd March at 9:46 am. This news is confirmed by the makers by sharing a poster and a post on microblogging page.

In the first poster of the film, released in the third week of December month last year, Tamannah Bhatia was seen wearing a jersey and sports shoes. She had a whistle around her neck and was sporting a serious look on her face. The  first look poster also gave a glimpse of other girls who are a part of her team. The sources say that she underwent a body transformation and leant the basics of the sport to do justice to her character.

The upcoming movie Seetimaarr is produced by Srinivasaa Chhitturi, and it also has Digangana Suryavanshi in a crucial role.

Later, she becomes a sharpshooter to compete at the National level.

Natural Star Nani’ production venture HIT: The First Case, a mystery thriller, had hit the theatres in  the month of February last year. The thriller drama had Vishwak Sen and  Ruhani Sharma in the lead roles and Murali Sharma in the crucial roles.   The movie was helmed by a debutant Sailesh Kolanu and produced under the banner of Wall Poster Cinema.  The movie was released on 28th February and turned out a superhit at the box office. Now Nani made an announcement regarding the HIT sequel.

The performance of Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma, the riveting narration, V Manikandan’ cinematography and background score by Vivek Sagar helped HIT to emerge a box office winner.

HIT, which stands for ‘Homicide Intervention Team’, is all about the story of Vikram Rudraraju, a cop who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, and investigates the mysterious disappearance of a young girl in the outskirts of Hyderabad. Vishwak Sen  had played the role of a police officer, Vikram Rudraraju.

Now, Nani has stated that the sequel to HIT will be set in Andhra Pradesh, and I will follow the journey of KD.

Incidentally, HIT is being remade in Hindi  which is helmed by Sailesh  in which  Rajkummar Rao is  playing the lead role.

Recently the director Damodar Attada, interacted with media and talked about Anand Deverakonda starrer upcoming film, and said, “It’s an edgy movie based on how middle class people look at the and life after the  marriage.” According to Damodar Attada, the upcoming film has an interesting take on the marriages and it is inspired by real life incidents.

Damodar Attada added that he got the idea for the film while browsing the news some years ago.  He was in touch with Vijay Deverakonda and his family. When he narrated the story to Anand Deverakonda, he liked it and he immediately went for a trial photo shoot session.  To play the role of a government teacher in this film,  Anand Deverakonda underwent twenty days of workshop to get his body language, dressing sense, diction, mannerisms and walking style as suited to his character.

Sandeep Koritala Death: Another tragedy has taken place in  Tollywood. Sandeep Koritala, who co-produced popular movies such as Nikhil starrer Swamy Ra Ra and Veedu Theda and Nara Rohith starrer  Rowdy Fellow passed away due to heart attack.  The producer breathed his last on Sunday morning. Movie celebrities mourn the death of  the producer Sandeep Koritala. News of Sandeep Koratala’s death was announced by hero Nara Rohit by sharing a  post on Twitter. Nara Rohit was shocked to learn of her association with Sandeep Koritala during these two films. Nara Rohit said, “I never thought today would start so painful. Om Shanti.” The Sandeep Koritala’ funeral was performed at Sandeep’s hometown Poondla in Bapatla, Guntur district.

Swamy Ra Ra director Sudhir Verma tweeted, “I am saddened to learn of the death of my best friend Sandeep Koritala. I will never forget the encouragement Sandeep gave me in screening ‘Swamy Ra Ra’. Peace be upon your soul, brother. We miss you so much Sandeep.”

 The producer Sandeep Koritala’ well wishers in the film fraternity are expressing their condolences on his demise.

Despite having some issues on the release day,  Ravi Teja and Shruti Haasan starrer Krack received a positive response from the movie lovers and the critics on its days. Even though most of the theatres ran with half-occupancy due to Coronavirus guidelines, Krack managed to earn big at the box office. The film in which Ravi Teja is playing a powerful police officer, has turned out a blockbuster and the  team is very happy with this response.

Few weeks ago, the makers of Pushpa confirmed that Allu Arjun starrer which has Kannada girl Rashmika Mandanna in the female lead role, will hit the theaters on 13 August 2021.   Now it is being heard that the makers of Pushpa are planning to release either Pushpa teaser or the first glimpse on 8th April on the occasion of Allu Arjun’ birthday. The official confirmation is awaited regarding Allu Arjun’ Pushpa teaser/ First glimpse.

Pushpa is tipped to be a forest-based thriller, and will mark Allu Arjun’ maiden pan-Indian project as it will be released in five languages. Sukumar’ directorial venture will be based on red sandalwood smuggling, and it marks the third time collaboration of Allu Arjun and filmmaker Sukumar.

In  the month of December 2020, the shoot of the film Pushpa, in which Allu Arjun is playing the role of Pushparaj, was suspended after six crew members tested positive for Coronavirus while shooting in a specially erected set in Visakhapatnam. As Allu Arjun is playing a lorry driver, he underwent a physical makeover for the same.

Meanwhile, the makers of Aranya have announced to release trailer of  Rana Daggubati on 3rd March by sharing a new poster on microblogging page.

 Coming on the poster, Rana Daggubati is seen with Vishnu Vishal, Zoya Hussain and Shriya Pilgaonkar. The elephants and forest are seen in the background.  Rana Daggubati revealed that the Tamil and Telugu trailer will be released on 3rd March, while the trailer of the Hindi version will be released on 4th March.

Aranya/ Haathi Mere Saathi is directed by Prabhu Solomon and produced by Eros International.  In this film, Rana is playing the role of a jungle man named Bandev.   According to the makers, the film deals with forest encroachment depriving mobility of the elephants and the conflict between  the humans and the elephants.

With this trilingual film of Rana Daggubati, Vishnu Vishal is making his Telugu debut. Actor Pulkit Samrat is playing Vishnu Vishal’ role in the Hindi version. The film also has Shriya Pilgaonkar and Zoya Hussain in the crucial roles.

The Baahubali and Mirchi  star Prabhas  took to Instagram to  confirm the release date of the Salaar by sharing a new poster.

It is being heard that Nagarjuna is offering a fancy remuneration Rs 3 Cr to Vaishnav Tej for his production venture, which will be bankrolled by Annapurna Studios.

This upcoming  yet-to-be-titled film of Vaishnav Tej is touted to be youthful romantic entertainer, which will be helmed by a newcomer, who is an alumnus of Annapurna Film Institute. The pre production work of Nagarjuna’ project has been already started.

  It is known news that Vaishnav Tej’ second project is bankrolled by BVSN Prasad under the banner of SVCC.  The upcoming film has Rakul Preet Singh in the female lead role and it is being helmed by Krish of Gauthamiputra Satakarni fame.

According to the latest report, note producer Dil Raju has bought the remake rights of Allari Naresh starrer Naandhi and is planning to make the movie in four languages- Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

The sources close to the makers of Naandhi confirmed that  Dil Raju has bagged the remake rights of film Naandhi in four languages for about Rs 2.75 Crore which includes Kannada, Hindi, Tamil,  and Malayalam remake rights.

The reports are coming that Dil Raju is planning to collaborate with a popular production house in Bollywood to remake Naandhi in Hindi.

According to the traders report, the movie Naandhi collected over Rs 5.28 Crore share at the box office.

Mega producer Allu Aravind’s Aha acquired OTT rights of the film Naandhi  for Rs 2.5 Crores.

The movie lovers have been criticizing Meena’ perfect looks in the movie, in which she plays a middle aged Malayali homemaker. A popular YouTuber Shanmukh Jaswanth, the boy friend of ex Bigg Boss 4 Telugu contestant Deepthi Sunaina, was caught red handed in drunk and drive case by the Jubilee Hills Police. The police arrested Shanmukh Jaswanth and booked a case against him  for causing injury due to rash and negligent driving under the Indian Penal Code and for drunk driving under the Motor Vehicles Act.

The Police also arrested Shanmukh Jaswanth’ friend who was with him during the incident. The police are investigating the case.

Shanmukh Jaswanth was  arrested at Jubilee Hills for driving under the influence of alcohol and hitting a motorbike. As Shanmukh reached Road no: 36 in Jubilee hills and he lost control of the car.  Locals and bystanders called the Police  and he  was arrested. The cops have arrested him as his car hit a motor bike, injuring one person.

The traffic police revealed that  the car was seized after he was found to have consumed the  alcohol in excess of the dose at the time of the accident and  he was found to have 170 points on a breath analyzer test.

Saif Ali Khan  and the film’s director Om Raut have previously worked together in the historic movie Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. Saif Ali Khan played the villain there too, essaying the role of Mughal general, Uday Bhan Rathod. Reacting to the news of Saif Ali Khan playing Ravana in Adipurush, Prabhas had said, “I am very excited about working with a talented actor like Saif Ali Khan.”
