A video of Janhvi Kapoor, the daughter of Boney Kapoor and late actress Sridevi, had landed on the internet, which shows her watching the teaser of Alia Bhatt starrer upcoming film Gangubai Kathiawadi. The film Gangubai Kathiawadi is one of the much hyped movies and it has been directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali of Padmavaat fame. Janhavi Kapoor is seen reacting to the powerful dialogues mouthed by Alia Bhatt as Gangubai.
Dhadak lady Janhavi Kapoor says, “I saw Alia Bhatt in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’ Gangubai Kathiawadi’s teaser and realized that even if I knew a little bit of acting, then that is a waste after watching what Alia Bhatt has brought to this movie and the industry. Alia Bhatt has raised the bar so high and I want to be there as well”.
Alia Bhatt is playing the titular role of Gangubai Kathiawadi, a character which is based on the life of the madam of the brothel in Mumbai’s Kamathipura of the 1960s, later who became one of the most feared brothel owners.
It is known news, Alia Bhatt is also the part of SS Rajamouli’ directorial venture RRR in which Jr NTR and Ram Charan are playing the lead roles, which is bankrolled by DVV Danayya.
