KV Guhan who cranked the camera for number of path breaking films like Athadu, Naani, Jalsa and Dookudu made his directorial debut with the Tamil film ‘Inidhu Inidhu’ which was released in 2010 and later he came up with psychological thriller 118 starring Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Nivetha Thomas and Shalini Pandey, which was released in 2019 and was a hit at the box office. Now KV Guhan is all set to work with the young actor Anand Deverakonda for a film which is titled Highway.
The movie Highway starring Anand Deverakonda is a psycho crime thriller with highway backdrop, which will be bankrolled by Talari Venkat under Sree Iswarya Lakshmi Movies banner.
GV Guhan and Anand’ film Highway was launched yesterday in Hyderabad with a formal pooja ceremony. Tungaturthi MLA Gadari Kishore Kumar attended the launch event as the chief guest. The film Highway will have the music by Simon K King. Very soon the official announcement regarding the remaining cast and crew will be made.
The regular shoot of Highway will commence in the first week of June. On the occasion of the launch event, the makers revealed that the film Highway will feature a few famous actors and more details will be out once the shoot commences.
