TV host turned actor Anasuya Bharadwaj has already joined the sets of upcoming multi-lingual movie Pushpa starring Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna after she was roped in by the makers to play a crucial role in the movie.  The upcoming Pan Indian film Pushpa marks Anasuya Bharadwaj’ second film with director Sukumar after village based drama Rangasthalam.    The actress who is playing a powerful role, is very excited when she was asked about her role in Pushpa.

 Rangasthalam fame actress Anasuay Bharadwaj said, “I cannot reveal much about my role in  Sukumar’ directorial venture Pushpa now. But I can safely say my character in this film packs a punch. My role will be as impactful as the one I essayed in Rangasthalam. I should thank the director Sukumar for trusting in me and giving me an important role in his magnum opus Pushpa.”

Fahadh Faasil  is  the antagonist whereas Allu Arjun will be essaying the role of Pushpa Raj in the movie, which is based on red sandalwood smuggling.  The film also has Jagapathi Babu and Prakash Raj in the prominent roles.

Pushpa, bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, will be released simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi later this year.
