Siddharth is known for acting in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages movies. Apart from acting in movies, he also been involved in films as a screenwriter, producer and the playback singer. Siddharth has been featured in many advertisements. In Tollywood, Siddharth made his debut with the movie Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana which was released in 2005.
It was helmed by Prabhu Deva and produced by MS Raju under Sumanth Art Productions. It was Prabhu Deva’s debut directorial while Devi Sri Prasad aka DSP was still a budding talent. Coming to lead actors- Trisha Krishnan and Siddharth, it was one of their biggest hits and made them into stars in Tollywood.
MS Raju spoke about Siddharth and Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana and revealed that he faced a lot of criticism for taking Siddharth as a hero and Prabhu Deva as a director. Many people criticized him for casting Siddharth. Post the poster release, some even passed comments as to how a hero Siddharth is looking like a girl.
The producer MS Raju added that but he stuck to his belief and went on to cast Siddharth and the movie was turned out a hit at the box office. On the work front, Siddharth is currently working with Ajay Bhupathi in Maha Samudram.
