Nikhil Siddharth is currently working for his upcoming investigative thriller drama Karthikeya 2. Anupama Parameswaran has joined the team of Karthikeya 2 as the female lead. The film’s production house People Media Factory shared a fun video few days ago with the announcement on their official Twitter handle. The upcoming drama is jointly produced by People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts. It is a sequel to critically acclaimed thriller Karthikeya which was released in 2014 and revolved around the theme of lost temples. Now according to the latest report, all language satellite rights and other language dubbing rights of Nikhil Siddharth and Anupama Parameswaran starrer Karthikeya 2 have been sold out for Rs 20 Cr. The makers of Karthikeya 2 are planning to release the film on their own.
It is being directed by Chandoo Mondeti and has the music by Kala Bhairava. Nikhil Siddharth is playing the role of a doctor and the film has been touted as an edge-of-the-seat thriller, just like the first part.
Recently during the me4dia interaction Chandoo Mondeti revealed, “ We are going to Greece for 10 days schedule, and once we wrap up that schedule we will focus on VFX.”
On the otherside, Nikhil Siddharth and Anupama Parameswaran are presently working on a love drama titled 18 Pages, and their film with Chandoo Mondeti marks their second collaboration.
