Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu will soon be seen in Trivikram Srinivas’ directorial venture. The film #SSMB28 is currently in its scripting stages and will go on-floors after Mahesh wraps up shooting for Parasuram Petla’ directorial venture Sarkaru Vaari Paata which has National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh in the female lead role. It is now confirmed that dusky beauty Pooja Hegde has been roped in to play the female lead in Mahesh Babu starrer, making their second film together after Maharshi.
If ongoing buzz in the media and the film industry are to be believed, Sanjay Dutt will be seen playing the role of a powerful politician in Mahesh Babu and Trivikram Srinivas’ film. The makers are also considering the name of Ismart Shankar fame Nabha Natesh to play the second female lead role.
The makers are considering ‘Parthu’ and ‘Athade Parthu’ as the titles for the film. If Sanjay Dutt gives his nod for Mahesh Babu film, his presence will be a huge plus for this Pan Indian project.
Haarika & Hassine Creations is bankrolling the film which has the music by Thaman. The regular shoot of SSMB28 is expected to commence from November. #SSMB28 is expected to be a mass entertainer, much like Khaleja and Athadu.
