Ravi Teja is coming up with an upcoming action and romantic entertainer Amar Akbar Anthony. Goa beauty Ileana D C’ruz is also making her comeback in Telugu film Industry after a long gap with Ravi Teja starrer. Earlier Amar Akbar Anthony was scheduled to hit the theaters on 5th October but later the makers postponed the release and now they are going to release the film on 16th November. This will be Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s third film to release this year after Touch Chesi Chudu and Nela Ticket.We have already reported that Vijay Devarakonda starrer Taxiwaala is also arriving at the theaters on the same date i.e 16th November. But this time, it seems Ravi Teja will dominate Vijay Devarakonda at the box office. Because Taxiwaala has already leaked on the Internet and there is no strong buzz about this upcoming film.
The makers of Amar Akbar Anthony are confident on its content. Recently the makers released unique posters of the film, that grabbed several eyeballs. Today the teaser of Amar Akbar Anthony has been unveiled. Just like the unique concept poster, the teaser too is quite intriguing and intensifies the mystery factor. Amar, Akbar and Anthony (Ravi Teja) are living in three different places but seem to be connected by the tragedy.
Ravi Teja starrer Amar Akbar Anthony is directed by Srinu Vaitla. Earlier, the director-actor duo have worked together for films like Nee Kosam, Venky and Dubai Seenu.
Apart from the lead pair, Amar Akbar Anthony has other stars like Vikramjeet Virk, Abhimanyu Singh, Sunil, Sayaji Shinde and Laya in supporting roles.
On the otherside, Vijay Devarakonda, who has delivered hit movies- Pelli Choopulu, Arjun Reddy and Geetha Govindam, was last seen in political drama NOTA, which was disaster at the box office. Though Vijay Devarakonda is planning to score a hit in the form of Taxiwaala, but it seems he will face very tough competition with Ravi Teja this time.
