Baahubali creates one more Record: Rajamouli film in Top 10 Most Liked Hindi Films list

SS Rajamouli’s directorial venture- the historic and war drama Baahubali (Baahubali :The Beginning and Baahubali 2:The Conclusion), which has already created  history at the box office, has added one more feather in its cap. According to the latest update, Ormax Media has surveyed the 10 most liked Hindi films in last ten years- i.e from 2009-2019. With 85 points, Baahubali 2 : The Conclusion,  has bagged 2nd  position and Baahubali : The Beginning took 3rd spot by scoring 83 points. Aamir Khan starrer ‘3 Idiots’ has topped the list with 90 points. Another South Indian movie and recent released Yash starrer KGF, directed by Prasantha Neel, made it to this list in 7th  position.

Ormax Media tweeted, “#OrmaxWOM Top 10 most-liked Hindi films since 2009, based on audience Word-of-Mouth rating. 43 films have scored 70+ on WOM in the 10-year period (2009-2018), and these are the top 10 films of this elite list.”” #OrmaxWOM Top 10 most-liked Hindi films of 2018 based on audience Word-of-Mouth rating. 10 films cross the 70-mark in 2018, compared to only five films in 2017. WOM is Ormax’s proprietary measure of audience likability, using data collected from theatrical viewers of each film.”

Baahubali producer Shobu Yarlagadda  is very excited and he wrote on his Twitter, ”Three of the Top 10 #OrmaxWOM Hindi movies are from South India ! Isn’t that really amazing?”

It is known news that Baahubali has won the National Film Award for Best Special Effects and Best Feature Film, becoming the first Telugu film to win the award. At the 63rd Filmfare Awards South, the Telugu version won 5 awards from ten nominations, including Best Film, Best Director for Rajamouli and Best Supporting Actress for Ramya Krishnan.

Currently Baahubali film maker SS Rajamouli is busy in his upcoming movie RRR starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR, which is progressing at the brisk pace. The movie is scheduled to hit the theaters in 2020.
