KGF 2 Weeks AP/TS Box Office Collections

Prashanth Neel’s directorial venture KGF starring Yash and Srinidhi Shetty is running successfully at the box office. According to the traders report, KGF has collected  Rs 9.56 Cr shares at the box office of both Telugu states after the successful run of 2 weeks.

The area-wise break up of KGF are as follows:

Nizam: Rs 3.95 Cr

Ceeded : Rs 1.81 Cr

UA : Rs 1.07 Cr

East : Rs 54 Lakhs

West : Rs 45 Lakhs

Krishna : Rs 82 Lakhs

Guntur : Rs 71 Lakhs

Nellore : Rs 21 Lakhs

Total 2 Weeks (14 Days)  AP/TS shares of KGF : Rs 9.56 Cr

At the end of 13 days of its theatrical run, Yash starrer KGF has grossed Rs 175 Cr with a net share of Rs 138.5 Cr. This indicates that the film is turning out blockbuster at the box office. The Kannada movie is creating a new record in terms of box office numbers in the neighbouring states as well.

 According to Taran Adarsh, the Hindi version of KGF has collected Rs 30.45 Cr . He wrote on Twitter, “#KGF gets a boost on second Mon [31 Dec] and second Tue [1 Jan]… Crosses ₹ 30 cr mark… Mumbai circuit continues to dominate… [Week 2] Fri 1.25 cr, Sat 1.75 cr, Sun 2.25 cr, Mon 1.50 cr, Tue 2.25 cr. KGF is a period action film written produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale films. It is the first installment in the two part series, followed by K.G.F: Chapter 2. The film centers around Raja Krishnappa Bairya Rocky, born into poverty, who arrives in Bombay in the 1960s, on a quest for power and wealth as desired by his dying mother. Involved with the gold mafia there, he is recruited to kill Garuda, the oppressive heir-in-waiting, in Kolar Gold Fields.
