Naga Chaitanya has shared the 2nd look poster of Majili on his Twitter and captioned it, “Sankranthi subhakankshalu everyone … another one from #Majili #Chaysam4 #Majili2ndLook #MajilionApril5th @Shine_Screens @ShivaNirvana @Samanthaprabhu2 @divyanshak_.”
Coming on the poster, Naga Chaitanya is seen in cricket whites and he seems to have won a match as well. The makers did not reveal anything about this upcoming drama. Recently in an interview, Shiva Nirvana had only said that Majili is not a sports drama, but a movie in which cricket plays an important role.
The main lead actress Samantha Akkineni tweeted, “#MajilionApril5th This one is going to be special .. most beautiful depiction of the journey that is ‘life’ . Our lives don’t always go as planned @chay_akkineni @Shine_Screens, @sahrudayg, @ShivaNirvana.”

On the occasion of New year, when the makers released the first look poster, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya surprised the audience in a bearded look whereas, the second one features him as a cricketer . Savyasachi star is playing a cricketer in this romantic entertainer.
Majili is being directed by Shiva Nirvana of Ninnu Kori fame and bankrolled by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under the banner of Shine Screens whereas the film has the music by Gopi Sundar. The movie is slated to hit the theaters on 5th April 2019.
