Vijay Sethupathi First Look as Raaja Paandi from Chiranjeevi starrer Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy

The first Look Poster of Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi from upcoming much awaited big budget drama Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has been out today. It is known news that Megastar Chiranjeevi is playing the titular role, of freedom fighter from Rayalaseema, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy in Sye Raa, which is being helmed by Surender Reddy and is bankrolled by Ram Charan under the banner of Konidela Productions. It is  the 151st film in Chiranjeevi’s acting career.

Today on the occasion of Vijay Sethupathi’s birthday, the maker of Sye Raa released the first look poster of the actor from the movie, where he is essaying the role of warrior Raaja Paandi. Going by the look, Vijay Sethupathi is seen with long hair and the sacred ash all over him.

According to sources, Vijay Sethupathi will play a Tamil-speaking character in Sye Raa Naraishma Reddy. It has also come out that this character is a trusted confidante of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, essayed by Chiranjeevi.

Vijay Sethupathi also shared his first look poster from the film  on his Twitter and captioned it, “#RaajaPaandi from #SyeRaaNarasimhaReddy.” Today, Vijay Sethupathi turns 41. #MakkalSelvan and #HappybirthdayVijaySethupathi tags are trending on Twitter for several hours now.

Sye Raa Naraishma Reddy will mark Vijay Sethupathi’s debut in Telugu Film Industry. Besides Chiranjeevi and Sethupathi, the period film also stars Bollywood Megastar  Amitabh Bachchan, Lady Superstar Nayantara, Sudeep and Baahubali fame Tamannaah Bhatia and others. Sye Raa is all about the story of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, a Rayalaseema freedom fighter, who led a rebellion against British rule in India.

Vijay Sethupathi is currently basking in the success of  his recently released movie Petta, which starts Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role.
