Amala Paul movie only for Adults

Last year in the month of September, when the makers of Aadai released a poster that featured Amala Paul, everyone was shocked. The first look poster featured – a beaten Amala Paul. With toilet paper wrapped around her body, Amala Paul was seen holding on to her life, screaming and left in agony. She looked bruised and battered. Finally Amala Paul starrer Aadai has completed the censor formalities and received ‘A’ certificate. It means, Amala Paul starrer is only for Adults. The movie lovers are hoping that the movie and story will rise the eyebrow as first look did.

The thriller Aadai was recently sent for film certification and it passed the Censor Board with an ‘A’ certificate, much to the disappointment of the makers since they expected the film to get a ‘U’ or ‘UA’ certificate.

The Censor board found Amala Paul starrer Aadai to be high on violence and adult content and deemed the film fit only for adults.

According to the makers, Aadai is a thriller drama and the script has enough engrossing and entertaining elements. Aadai will also address the issue of where to draw the line when it comes to freedom. The movie is directed by Rathna Kumar, who earlier directed Meyaadha Maan and bankrolled by Viji Subramaniyan under the production banner V Studio.
