Director Vivek Athreya came in limelight after delivering crime comedy film Brochevarevaru, which was produced by Vijay Kumar Manyam under the banner of Manyam Productions, and the movie features Sree Vishnu, Nivetha Thomas, Nivetha Pethuraj, and Satyadev Kancharana. Though the movie became fail to collect good amount at the box office it created a stir amidst critics and was received a decent response by the audience. According to the latest update, Trivikram Srinivas is silently giving his support to Vivek Athreya.
Director Trivikram Srinivas apparently is so impressed by the work of Vivek Athreya that he has recommended him to Sithara Entertainments to work on an upcoming film. Now it is being heard that the young filmmaker Vivek Athreya is busy in an upcoming project with noted producer Dil Raju which will be presented by Trivikram Srinivas himself.
Currently, the young director Vivek Athreya is penning the script and it will soon be launched with a formal pooja ceremony. On the other-side, Trivikram Srinivas is working with Allu Arjun for upcoming action entertainer Ala Vaikunthapurramloo in which stylish Star Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde are playing the lead roles.
Vivek Athreya’s first directorial venture was Mental Madhilo and he has also directed some short films before entering into feature films.
