Yesterday Ajay Devgn was spotted at Hyderabad airport and he has finally joined the sets of his upcoming film RRR, which is being helmed by SS Rajamouli. The production house DVV Entertainment has also confirmed the same by sharing a pic of Ajay Devgn with SS Rajamouli, on their Twitter. Though Rajamouli is tightlipped about the role of Ajay Devgn in RRR but the sources say that he will be seen playing the role of Bhagat Singh.
According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Ajay Devgn will be seen in Bhagat Singh’s role in RRR and his character will come during the crucial portions in the film and inspire Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitaramaraju to revolt against the British rule. Mega Power Star Ram Charan is essaying the role of Alluri Sitaramaraju whereas Young Tiger Jr NTR will be seen in the role of Komaram Bheem.
RRR is being bankrolled by DVV Dannaya under the banner of DVV Entertainment whereas it has the music by MM Keeravani.
The sources say that while RRR features Jr NTR and Ram Charan as Telugu freedom fighters, a major part of the story will pan out in New Delhi where Ajay Devgn (Bhagat Singh)’ character comes in.
Alia Bhatt is will be making her Telugu debut with RRR and will be seen romancing with Ram Charan whereas Olivia Morris is paired opposite Jr NTR. Bankrolled on a mammoth budget of nearly Rs 400 crore, RRR will be released in 10 Indian languages.
On the other hand, Ajay Devgn is currently basking in the glory of his recent offering Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, which is doing superb collections at the box office. Directed by Om Raut, the film Tanhaji is set in the 17th century and based on the life of Tanaji Malusare, who was the military leader of Shivaji, the founder of the Maratha Empire.
