According to the makers, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, has entered the $3 million club in the USA. Until the latest updates on Monday, Allu Arjun starrer Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo collected $125,374 and took its total US gross to $3.003M. Trvikram Srinivas’ directorial venture Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is currently at number 5 in the list of all-time top Telugu grossers in the USA and is not eyeing the 3rd highest grosser spot, after Ram Charan starrer Rangasthalam ($3.5M) and Mahesh Babu starrer Bharat Ane Nenu ($3.4M). It is expected that Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo will end up next only to SS Rajamouli’ magnum opus Baahubali 2:The Conclusion and Baahubali: The Beginning.
Despite heavy competition from Mahesh Babu starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru and Rajinikanth’ cop based drama Darbar, Ala Vaikunthapurramloo has completely dominated the overseas box office right from its premieres day. The film has emerged as the biggest hit of Allu Arjun in overseas.
