Stylish Star Allu Arjun is busy in the promotional activities of his upcoming film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, directed by Trivikram Srinivas, which is arriving at the theatres on 12th January on the eve of Sankranthi. Recently during the media interaction, Allu Arjun spoke about the brutal attacks on the students of JNU inside the University premises, which has shaken the entire country.

Ahead of his soon-to-release Sankranthi entertainer, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Allu Arjun interacted with the national media. When he was asked about the ongoing protests on the CAA, to which Allu Arjun replied, “I was disturbed by the violence and hoped that there will be a beautiful solution to the issue. When he was asked to make any statement on this issue, then, Allu Arjun replied, “ As we are actors, we have a voice. We have the strength to talk about issues. But we have to be very careful while making statements regarding any issue because we have an impact.”

Recently Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone spoke in support of JNU Students. She came out in support of Jawaharlal Nehru University students who were attacked by masked goons Sunday night inside their own campus. On Tuesday, Deepika Padukone visited JNU to show her support to the students and met JNUSU president Aishe Ghosh who was seriously injured during the attack. After Deepika Padukone met the students of Jawaharlal Nehru University and showed her solidarity with them, BJP’s Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga called for a boycott of her movies.

Several celebrities such as Anurag Kashyap, Ali Fazal, Richa Chadha, Taapsee Pannu, Vishal Bhardwaj, and Zoya Akhtar, among others, participated in a protest held at the Gateway of India in Mumbai recently.

Finally, Allu Arjun concluded it by saying that “I really wish peace for everybody.” Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is carrying the positive buzz and the expectations are very high on this film.
