Regina Cassandra turns Drag Queen

Regina Cassandra wowed her fans with a new avatar on Instagram. She is one of the actresses who never fails to impress fans when it comes to experimenting with her looks. The actress Regina Cassandra posted pictures of her trying her hand at drag makeup Queen.

For those who are unfamiliar with the term- drag makeup Queen, a drag queen is a person, traditionally male, who dresses with femininity and in female gender roles. While they are usually associated with gay men, but they can actually be of any gender.

Regina Cassandra took the Drag Queen avatar for the episode with the help of her make-up artist, Prakruthi Anand, and gave us an OTT look. Nakshtram actress  Regina said, “If you don’t already know about Drag Queen, it is a look that features exaggerated clothes and makeup to perform a show. The hair and makeup are done in a specific way to accentuate the natural features of your face and make you stand out.”
Evaru actress  added, “ This Sunday gave me the perfect opportunity to get into ‘drag queen’ shoes.”

As part of her recent series of videos on Instagram, Regina Cassandra did a video on acceptance on ‘Drag and Acceptance’, where the actress spoke to Maya, an Indian drag performer.
