The young Rebel Star Prabhas was last seen in action thriller drama Saaho, which was helmed by Sujeeth Reddy. Though the Hindi version of Saaho was superhit but the remaining version including Telugu were turned out commercially flop at the box office. According to the latest update, Prabhas starrer Saaho Hindi version has beaten Akshay Kumar starrer Housefull 4 and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Sooryavansham.
Amid lockdown, Prabhas and Sujeeth Reddy’ Saaho has topped the list of BARC ratings for the week starting from 25th April to 1st May. Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho has grabbed the No 1 position, followed by Baahubali : The Beginning on No 2. Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth’ action movie Darbar has grabbed 3rd spot followed by Akshay Kumar starrer comedy movie Housefull 4 on 4thposition and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Sooryavansham on 5th spot.
On the work front, Prabhas will be seen romancing with Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava fame Pooja Hegde in their upcoming film, which is tentatively titled O Dear.
Prabhas has also announced his next film, which is touted to be a science fiction drama, will be helmed by Nag Ashwin of Mahanti fame and bankrolled by Ashwini Dutt. Currently Nag Ashwin is in the hunt of female lead.
