Young Rebel Star Prabhas and Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor starrer action thriller drama Saaho completed 1 year as the movie was released on 30th August 2019. The magnum opus Saaho saw Prabhas play an action-packed role and also cemented him as the pan Indian star. The movie Saaho hit screens a year ago today, not just in Telugu, but also Tamil and Hindi too. Apart from the lead pair, the film also has Chunky Pandey, Mahesh Manjrekar, Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Evelyn Sharma, Mandira Bedi, Vennela Kishore, Murli Sharma and more in key roles. This was the first film of Prabhas after Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, so the expectations were very high.
Saaho, directed by Sujeeth, presented by T-Series, produced by UV Creations, was made on the budget of Rs 350 Cr and it was also shot on the most advanced cameras of recent times, one which provides high-quality output that would look good on big screens.
Well-known international stunt man Kenny Bates who is known for his work in Die Hard and Transformers, was on the board to choreograph the action sequences. Peng Zhang, Dhilip Shubbarayan, Stefan Richter, Stunt Silva, Bob Brown and Ram – Lakshman were also brought on the board.
