Nag Ashwin has teamed up with Young Rebel star Prabhas for an upcoming science fiction drama in which the actor will share the screen space with Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone. The shooting for the Prabhas and Deepika Padukone film will kick-start in mid 2021 and it is slated to hit the theaters in 2022. So Nag Ashwin has decided to focus on Lust Stories.
It is known news that Nag Ashwin will be directing one of the four episodes in the Telugu version of the Netflix series, Lust Stories. Apparently, Mahanati fame Nag Ashwin has completed the shoot already, and Netflix will start streaming Lust Stories film from the month of January, 2021.
Lust Stories is being made in Telugu with completely different star cast and directors. Like it was directed by four filmmakers in Hindi —Zoya Akhtar, Anurag Kashyap, Dibakar Banerjee, Karan Johar, the Telugu version, too, has four filmmakers to give a proper shape to the content.Filmmakers Tharun Bhascker, Sankalp Reddy, and Nandini Reddy are working on the remaining three episodes of Telugu anthology – Lust Stories.
Nag Ashwin is known for the National Award-winning biopic Mahanati, and his film with Prabhas and Deepika is being bankrolled by Vyjayanthi Movies.
