Creativity is something that is solely lacking in the film Industry. Action scenes, story lines are borrowed and adapted to suit the local flavors. But, what is appalling is that the music department is also getting corrupted with this mentality. Among the music composers, SS Thaman, the grandson of the renowned Tollywood director Ghantasala Balaramayya, is the topper of this copycat batch.
He has copied numerous tunes in past. SS Thaman, who is one of the top music composers in Telugu film Industry, is now being trolled on the social media sites and the netizens are saying that the background music which Thaman scored for Nani and Sudheer Babu starrer V is perfectly similar to Rakshasudu film BGM.
Thaman craze in Tollywood has grown many levels with the outstanding music of Ala Vaikunthapurramloo. Each and every song in the album are huge chartbusters but now Thaman is facing a copy allegation for V music.
Nani and Sudheer Babu starrer V, directed by Mohana Krishna Indraganti, was released on Amazon Prime last night. The BGM is getting a huge response but there is a section of the audience who are alleging Thaman that he has copied BGM. What attracted people’s attention is the background music of Nani’ character introduction.
