V Movie Review: Natural Star Nani, Sudheer Babu, Aditi Rao Hydari and Nivetha Thomas starrer much awaited and hyped movie V has finally released on Amazon Prime Video. Let’ see the storyline of Mohana Krishna Indraganti’ directorial venture V.

Story:   A police officer gets killed in Hyderabad and DCP Aditya (Sudheer Babu)  takes the charge to handle this case but he is challenged by a killer Vishnu (Nani). With this the cat and mouse game starts between them.  What is the motive behind the murders? What is Killer connection with Aditya?    To get these answers, one should watch the movie V on Prime.

 Plus Points:

  • Nani
  •  BGM
  • Cinematography

 Minus Points:

  • Direction
  • Story
  • Dragged screenplay
  • Boring narration
  • Climax

Performance:  The star cast in this movie V is excellent. The entire cast has done their part pretty well. Natural Star Nani is the heart. First time he is seen in negative and action avatar. The way Nani uses his dialogue delivery to create a negative effect is awesome. His performance, facial expression and the way of dialogue delivery are amazing. Nani uses his swag in the best way possible in the film. Sudheer Babu in the role of a cop is fit. His dance  and the way of dialogue delivery are appreciable. Nivetha Thomas and Aditi Rao Hydari essay brief roles and they do what is expected of them. Vennela Kishore steals the show by his wonderful act and comic timing.

Technical:  There is nothing special in the storyline of V. Dialogues by Mohana Krishna  Indraganti are huge assets. Cinematography by P G Vinda is nice and he has captured some nice visuals. Editing is just ok. Production values are superb. The music is impressive and sometimes gives a helping hand. The lyrics for all the songs are very good.

Analysis: V is Nani’ Landmark 25th film.  Mohana Krishna Indraganti’ V is a typical revenge drama. Though the first half of the movie V is good but the second half becomes slow with dull narration and a silly ending.  The major drawback of V is its Climax.
