Shruti Sodhi, who was last seen in Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu in 2016, will play the female lead in Srikanth starrer, which is directed by Venkatesh Rebba. Recently during the media interaction Shruti Sodhi opened up about her project in Tollywood and said, “The People still call me Pataas girl when they see me at the airport, So i am very happy as once again I got the opportunity to work in Telugu film industry.” It is known news that Shruti Sodhi made her debut in Tollywood with the movie Pataas starring Nandamuri Kalyanram.
Shruti Sodhi starrer upcoming Telugu film is directed by Venkatesh Rebba, which is touted to be a revenge drama and she will be seen in a dual role. When she was asked about her role, to which she replied, “The variations between my these two roles are sharp, and I am thrilled about that.
I have started the preparation, and have shed a few kilos. Although I am able to understand Telugu, I would love to strike up conversations on the sets this time around. I am eagerly waiting to start the shoot of this Telugu film.”
Shruti Sodhi has also worked in four Punjabi films like Happy Go Lucky, Mr & Mrs 420, Vaisakhi List and Dil Vil Pyaar Vyaar.
