The movie Anaganaga O Athidhi is being directed by Award-winning director from Kannada Dayal Padmanabhan and Payal Rajput starrer marks his directorial debut in Telugu film industry. According to the latest update, Payal Rajput is playing the role of Mallika in this film and the makers have unveiled a poster, in which she is seen holding a sickle. She will make her screen presence in the role of village belle.
