After a gap of three years, Power Star Pawan Kalyan is making his comeback in the acting field once again with an upcoming much awaited movie Vakeel Saab, which is a remake of Hindi award winning movie Pink. In Vakeel Saab, Pawan Kalyan is playing the role of lawyer. Now according to the latest update, Pawan Kalyan has wrapped up the shoot of upcoming film Vakeel Saab, which is being helmed by Venu Sriram of Oh My Friend fame and jointly bankrolled by Boney Kapoor and Dil Raju.
The courtroom drama Vakeel Saab has Pawan Kalyan in the titular role of a lawyer who aids three girls, who are assaulted by rich boys. The film Vakeel Saab also hasAnjali, Ananya Nagalla and Nivetha Thomas as the female leads. Shruti Haasan is also the part of Vakeel Saab and she is playing the role of Pawan Kalyan’ wife in Venu Sriram’ directorial venture.
The sources close to Dil Raju revealed that the makers are planning to announce the release date of Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Haasan starrer Vakeel Saab on 1st January, 2021 on the occasion of new year.
The original Hindi film Pink, written by Ritesh Shah and helmed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, revolved around 3 girls, essayed by Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari and Andrea Tariang.
