Chhichhore fame Naveen Polishetty starrer detective thriller drama Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya is one of the finest films made in Telugu film industry and now the movie is going to Kollywood. Directed by debutant Swaroop RSJ, the movie received lot of applause from both critics as well as the audiences alike for its quirky presentation.
If ongoing buzz in media and the film industry are to be believed, Tamil comedian Santhanam is all set to play the lead role in remake of Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya, which will be helmed by Manoj Beedha who made his directorial debut last year with Vanjagar Ulagam. Santhanam is reprising the role of a rookie detective.
Riya Suman has been roped in this remake of Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya which has Santhanam in the lead role. The official announcement regarding this remake will be made very soon.
Actor Santhanam, who was last seen in Tamil comedy A1 and now he is going to play the lead role in Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya remake. Meanwhile, Santhanam has number of projects in his kitty. He recently wrapped up the shooting of his forthcoming Tamil action comedy Dagaalty. His other upcoming projects include Oodi Oodi Uzhaikanum and Dikkilona.
