Global Smartphone Sales to Grow Over 11 Percent in 2021, Led By Affordable 5G Handsets: Gartner

Worldwide smartphone sales in 2021 are expected to bounce back to 2019 levels with an 11 percent year-over-year growth, Gartner has said in its latest report. The market research firm also says that sales of 5G smartphones will capture 35 percent of the total smartphone sales globally.
