Nandamuri Kalayan Ram is set to act in a big budget period drama set in the 1940s. According to the latest update, Kalyan Ram has been roped in an upcoming spy drama titled Agent Vinod, in which he will be seen playing the titular role, under the direction of Naveen Medaram and it will be bankrolled by Abhishek Nama. The preproduction work of Agent Vinod has been already started.
When the director Naveen Medaram released the poster of his upcoming film, Agent Vinod, it left many wondering who’d play the protagonist. Now the sources revealed that Kalyan Ram will play the lead role in the vintage detective spy thriller.
Apparently, Paatas and 118 fame actor green lit the film when he was given a narration of the story as he has not been part of any period drama earlier. The upcoming film Agent Vinod will be high on VFX. The reports are coming that Kalyan Ram will be seen in a never seen look in Naveen Medaram’ directorial venture Agent Vinod. Kalyan Ram who is known for experiment with each of his films to showcase variations in this film.
He was last seen playing the lead role in Entha Manchivaadavuraa which was a dud at the box office.
