Madhu Guruswamy is known for acting in Kannada movie industry. His popular movies are Saakshyam and Mufti. The actor, who rose to prominence with his role in ‘Vajrakaya’, has acted in several other South Indian films. Now according to the latest update, Madhu Guruswamy has been roped in an upcoming film Salaar which has young Rebel star Prabhas in the lead role. It is known news that Salaar was launched in the month of January this year with the pooja ceremony and currently the shoot is going on at the brisk pace.
Madhu Guruswamy will be playing the antagonist and will lock horns with Prabhas in Prashanth Neel’ directorial venture Salaar. Shruti Haasan who is basking in the glory of her previous offering Krack co starring Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja, has been roped in this film Salaar .
Meanwhile, Prashanth Neel recently completed the shoot of his much hyped magnum opus KGF: Chapter 2 starring Yash, Raveen Tandon, Srinidhi Shetty and Sanjay Dutt. KGF 2 is set to hit the theatres on 16th July this year.
Currently Prabhas has number of big-budget movies in the pipeline, including romantic film Radhe Shyam co starring Pooja Hegde, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, mythological drama Adipurush, helmed by Om Raut of Tanhaji fame and an untitled science-fiction drama with Mahanati fame Nag Ashwin.
