Vaishnav Tej and Krithi Shetty starrer romantic and emotional drama Uppena created lot of buzz from the day one of its launch. The film Uppena is out now and has become a blockbuster hit. Now everyone is curious to know that the film will be out on Netflix very soon. Now according to the latest report, Uppena will stream on Netflix from 11th April. Netflix acquired the digital streaming rights of Uppena for a record price and the makers inked a deal about the date well in advance. The agreement says that the film Uppena can be streamed on Netflix only after 60 days of its theatrical release date.
Director Buchi Babu Sana is getting all the attention for this film which also has Vijay Sethupathi in the crucial role. Uppena is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and has the music by Devi Sri Prasad. Uppena was originally scheduled to release in theatres in April 2020 but the makers postponed its release due to lockdown and coronavirus pandemic.
A lot is spoken about honor but thankfully, the film Uppena probes something other than honor killings. Vaishnav Tej starrer discusses masculinity, which is a welcome move.
On the other side, currently Vaishnav Tej is working with Rakul Preet Singh in an upcoming film which is being directed by Krish.
