Recently there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Simran Kaur Mundi has been roped in Young Rebel star Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer upcoming romantic film Radhe Shyam and the entire plot of the film will revolve around her character. But the actress refuted the rumor by saying that she is not playing a crucial role opposite Prabhas and neither does the plot revolve around her character.
Simran Kaur Mundi took to her Twitter and confirmed the same by sharing a post. According to her she had wrapped up shooting for her character in the month of February.
Simran had shared the pic of her with the director and had said, “And its a wrap for me was lovely working with you director Radha Krishn Kaumar on Radhe Shyam cannot wait to watch the magic you have weaved.” However, it is unknown what role Simran is playing in Radhe Shyam.
The film Radhe Shyam which will release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam, is all set to hit screens on 30th July this year. Filmmaker Radha Krishna Kumar has directed the period romantic drama. Besides Prabhas and Pooja, the film also features Priyadarsi Pulikonda, Sachin Khedekar, Bhagyashree, Murli Sharma, Kunaal Roy Kapoor, Riddhi Kumar, Sasha Chettri and Sathyan in the crucial roles.
