A non bailable warrant has been issued against Miryala Ravinder Reddy, who is the producer of Nandamuri Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu’ upcoming film, which is tentatively titled BB3, by Magistrate Court in the Prathipadu in connection with the cheating case.
The court directed the police to produce Miryala Ravinder Reddy before the court on 19th April, 2021.
Miryala Ravinder Reddy is known for bankrolling Boyapati Srinu’ directorial venture Jaya Janaki Nayaka starring Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas, Rakul Preet Singh, and Naga Chaitanya and Manjima Mohan starrer action thriller drama Sahasam Swasaga Sagipo in the past. He is currently producing Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal starrer upcoming mass entertainer #BB3 directed by Boyapati.
A Magistrate Court in Prathipadu issued a non bailable warrant on the producer Miryala Ravindar Reddy for taking the advance amount of Rs 50 lakhs from a USA based distributor for the movie Sahasam Swasaga Sagipo and for not honoring his commitment.
The distributor alleged that Miryala Ravinder Reddy didn’t honour the agreement and sold the rights to another distributor.
The US distributor moved the court after the producer Ravinder Reddy refused to repay the amount and offered to pay only Rs 10 lakhs. A non-bailable warrant has been issued against Miryala Ravinder Reddy, for not attending the court proceedings.
