Telugu lady Sobhita Dhulipala, has been roped in actor Dev Patel‘ Hollywood directorial debut ‘Monkey Man’.
Dev Patel’s directorial venture Monkey Man will have Goodachari fame actress Sobhita Dhulipala, as well as Sikandar Kher and Sharlto Copley. The film Monkey Man has been bagged by Netflix for worldwide rights.
Dev Patel and Sobhita Dhulipala’ Monkey Man is inspired by Hindu myth about Hanuman who is half man, and half monkey, and will have Dev Patel in the lead role and he is playing the role of a man who comes out of prison into a world of corporate greed, and take revenge on everyone who wronged him before.
Recently during the media interaction, Telugu girl Sobhita Dhulipala opened up about Monkey Man and said, “I had auditioned for it almost 5 years ago. But I got a call back in few days for a screen test with Dev Patel.” According to Sobhita, she shot for ‘Monkey Man’ in Indonesia for 4 months.
On the work front, Made in Heaven actress Sobhita Dhulipala is currently working with Adivi Sesh in Mahesh Babu’ production venture Major. She is also the part of ‘Kurup’ co starring Dulquer Salmaan, and a Tamil magnum opus.
