Uppena Collections: The recently released romantic entertainer movie Uppena is set in Kakinada and revolves around the relationship between people from two different social groups. The film is helmed by Buchi Babu Sana and jointly backed by Sukumar Writings and Mythri Movie Makers. Uppena based on honour killing, marked the debut of Vaishnav Tej and Krithi Shetty in Telugu film industry. The movie Uppena is doing fabulous collections at the box office and according to the traders report, Vaishnav Tej starrer has crossed Rs 100 Cr marks at the Worldwide box office.
The production house Mythri Movie Makers confirmed the same by sharing a new poster on the official twitter handle.
On the film’s release date itself, Buchi Babu Sana’ mentor and talented and creative film maker Sukumar had predicted that Uppena will enter the Rs 100 crore club and finally the movie has crossed this mark.
Panja Vaishnav Tej and Krithi Shetty starrer romantic drama has minted a share of over Rs 50 cr across the world.
Recently, Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu watched director Buchi Babu Sana’s Uppena at a private screening and called it a classic. Stylish Star Allu Arjun is a proud brother as his cousin Vaishnav Tej has made a cracker of a debut with Uppena.
