Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu has called out the s*xual assault of a six-year-old girl in Singareni Colony of Telangana. It is known that a 6-year-old girl from Saidapet was raped and murdered by a 30-year-old neighbor in Saidabad on the 9th September. As per Hyderabad police, a case has been registered and the investigation is underway. The victim’s family and locals have informed that the 6-year-old had gone missing on the morning of 9th September, after which they had filed a police complaint. The media did not pay much attention to this topic but the heinous crime has sparked outrage from all sections of the public and rightly so.
Bharat Ane Neni and Maharshi fame actor Mahesh Babu took to his Twitter and wrote, “The heinous crime against the six year old in Singareni Colony is a reminder of how far we have fallen as a society. Will our daughters ever be safe?, is always a lingering question! Absolutely gut-wrenching.. Cannot imagine what the family is going through!”
Srimanthudu actor added, “I urge the authorities to ensure swift action and deliver justice to the child and her family!”
On the work front, Mahesh Babu is working with Parasuram for upcoming film Sarkaru Vaari Paata, which has Keerthy Suresh as the leading lady.
