Acharya Box office Collections: Acharya starring megastar Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan and Pooja Hegde, helmed by Koratala Siva, was released 29th April 2022 Worldwide at the box office. Though Koratala Siva’ magnum opus Acharya received mixed response by the movie lovers and the critics on its opening day but the social drama is dominating at USA box office and it has crushed the collections records of KGF 2, Jersey , KRK and others.

The advance booking for Acharya tickets received a positive response, and the film grossed more than Rs12.50 cr as a result of the advance booking. According to trade analysts, it is going to gross around Rs 25 cr on its opening day.
The pre-release business for Ram Charan and Koratala Siva’ film was Rs136 cr. The makers have made Rs 113.5 crore from the sale of theatre distribution rights for Telugu states- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It is being heard that Acharya will be released on the OTT platforms month after its release in theaters.
Vijay Sethupathi as Hero Nayantara and Samantha as heroines… Triangle love story ‘KRK’ (‘Kanmani Rambo Katija’) directed by Nayantara’s boyfriend Vignesh Sivan. Launched in Tamil as ‘Kaathu Vakula Rendu Kaadhal’, this film was dubbed and released in Telugu. Acharya Movie Review: Written and directed by Koratala Siva, the film Acharya has Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. The big budget social drama Acharya has hit the theaters today. Let’s see the story of Acharya.
Story: Acharya is based in the temple town of Dharmasthali. A politically influencing personality Basava(Sonu Sood), does illegal activities and dominates Dharmasthali. Acharya (Chiranjeevi) makes his entry at Dharmasthali and creates fear in Basava. What is his connection of Acharya with Siddha (Ram Charan) ? Who is Siddha? Who will save Dharmasthali? To get these answers, one should watch the movie on silver screen.

Performance: Megastar Chiranjeevi excels in the role of Acharya at both. He wins the audience’s heart with an honest performance and dancing style at this age. He delivers note noteworthy performance. Chiru’ expressions, way of dialogue delivery, stunning dance moves and action sequences are mind-blowing. Ram Charan gives his best in the Siddha role. Charan, a boy from Gurukul, looks peaceful but later he transforms into a mass avatar, which is amazing. Both Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan look amazing on screen in a single frame. Pooja Hegde looks pretty and performs well. Jisshu Sen Gupta and Sonu Sood are ok. Other supporting artists are fine.
Technical: Once again Koratala Siva made his comeback with a social drama but this time with a weak script and dull presentation. He disappointed the movie lovers with the outdated story and screenplay. The cinematography work is impressive. Thiru captures the forest locales and lush greenery in his own style. Visuals are awesome. Editing is good. The background score by Mani Sharma elevates the emotion of the scenes. The foot tapping songs are impressive. The production value is top notch, the makers did not compromise with the quality of the movie.
Analysis: The first half of Acharya has no interesting moments and the climax looks forced. The one of the major drawbacks of Acharya is the lack of a strong villain. Sonu Sood has become a real hero post-Covid crisis and that is the reason he does not look menacing.

Triangle Love Story “Kanmani Rambo Katija” by Vignesh Sivan in the crazy combination of Vijay Sethupathi-Nayantara-Samantha. This film was released in Tamil as “Kathuvakula Rendu Kaadhal” and was released in Telugu translation. Let’s see how this movie, which was released today in honor of Samantha’s birthday, impressed the audience..!!
Story : Rambo (Vijay Sethupathi), who is known to be unlucky by birth, runs away from his mother as a child. He remains without love-marriage until he is in his thirties. Kanmani (Nayantara) & Katija (Samantha) are introduced at exactly the same moment. Rambo loves both equally. This love triangle goes all the way to the wedding.
Whom did Rambo eventually marry? Who is left alone? Is the storyline of the movie.
Cast : Vijay Sethupathi, Nayantara and Samantha did justice to their roles. There is no proper justification for any of the characters except Vijay. Therefore the audience will not be connected to the female characters as Vijay Sethupathi is connected to the character.
However.. if Nayantara impresses with her screen presence.. Samantha is impressed with glamour. This is the movie that Samantha has looked so glamorous in. Prabhu, Redin, and Sreesanth as comedians.
Technical performance : Anirudh Ravichandran songs, background music is the biggest asset to the film. Locked up with his music even though there was no matter in the movie. Cinematography & Artwork is soso.
Director Vignesh Sivan relied more on the star cast than the story he wrote. He was unable to create the impact of the movie teaser and trailer with the movie. Emotions in a comedy film are rarely categorized. That combination did not work in this film. So the whole movie seems like something is going on. Comedy in between, entertaining some dialogues.. but boring as a movie. The important reason for that is the narrative.
We’ll already see stories like this up to a 50. There are lots of triangle love stories like this in Telugu and Tamil. From the treatment to the screenplay, “Kanmani Rambo Katija” is also of the same style. The movie does not look or feel new to the audience except for the star cast.
Vignesh Sivan, who has failed as a narrator and director, has impressed in Tamil as a lyric writer.
Analysis : Chinmayi is heard in the character of Samantha after the channels, it is a bit difficult for the audience to accept “Kanmani Rambo Katija” which has no other plus point except the music of Anirudh. However.. being a film made on a very limited budget, the Nayantara-Samantha fan base is quite large so there is no chance of going into the safe zone as a commercial. However.. in terms of the film “Kanmani Rambo Katija” is difficult to entertain the audience!

Responding to a comment on Yash starrer KGF 2 which has done tremendously well even in North India, Kichcha Sudeep said, “Everyone says that a Kannada film was made on a pan-India level but a small correction is that Hindi is not a national language anymore”.
Taking a dig at the Hindi film industry, Sudeep added that Bollywood produces many pan-India movies that are released in Telugu and Tamil but struggle to find success on the same scale. KCR lays foundation stone for TIMS super speciality hospital
Telangana Chief Minister KCR laid the foundation stone for super speciality hospitals in Hyderabad on Tuesday. The three new hospitals, which will come up at Alwal, LB Nagar, and Sanathnagar, will be named Telangana Institute of Medical Science- TIMS.
The three – TIMS will be built in Gaddiannaram, Alwal, and Erragadda, for which the State government has already sanctioned Rs 2,679 Cr on 21st April. Earlier, the state cabinet had approved these new super speciality hospitals for capital city in the month of June 2021.
State government had established a Telangana Institute of Medical Science – TIMS at Gachibowli during the first wave of Coronavirus by converting a 15 storeyed sports hostel building adjoining the GMC Balayogi Athletic Stadium.

Each TIMS will have 1,000 beds to provide the speciality and super-speciality services. The govt also envisages offering medical education in speciality and super-specialty courses- nursing and para-medical courses at the TIMS facilities along the lines of All India Institute Of Medical Sciences.
Three Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences Superspeciality Hospitals are going to be constructed in Sanath Nagar, LB Nagar, and Alwal.
Yesterday morning, KCR participated in Bhoomi Pooja and laid the foundation stone for the construction of a hospital in LB Nagar. Later, Telangana CM also laid a foundation stone for the construction of TIMS in Sanathnagar.
