Apart from the lead actors, the investigative thriller drama Karthikeya 2 also has Adithya Menon as Santanu, Harsha Chemudu as Suleman, Srinivasa Reddy as Sadananda, Praveen, Satya, and Tulasi in the important roles. Anupam Kher is playing Dhanvanthri in the film.
