We have already reported that young Tiger Jr NTR purchased 6.5 acre agriculture land in Shankarpally mandal in Ranga Reddy district on Hyderabad city outskirts.  The sources say that he purchased this land to construct a farm house.  For registration purposes,  he  visited the MRO office in Gopalapuram recently. Most of the Telugu celebrities own farms on the outskirts of Hyderabad and now Jr NTR joins this list from Tollywood. Apparently, Jr NTR will be building a beautiful farmhouse and also turn to organic farming.

The demand for farm houses increased in Hyderabad after Coronavirus pandemic in March 2020 with people preferring to spend  the time  in the farmhouses with the  families and friends instead of confining to houses in core city. Most of the celebrities  are doing organic farming and producing fruits and vegetables for own consumption.

On the work side, Jr NTR is awaiting the release of  RRR, which is being directed by SS Rajamouli, in theaters. Ram Charan is also playing  the lead role in RRR, which is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya. It is slated to hit the theaters on 13th October in multiple languages Worldwide in a very grand manner.

Jr NTR will also be seen hosting EMK-  ‘Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu’ on TV. He  will join the shoot for his next with Koratala Siva from September 2021.

Kiara Advani rejects Jr NTR proposal for Ram Charan?

Recently on the occasion of  Kiara Advani’ birthday, Shankar made official announcement  regarding the inclusion of  her in his upcoming directorial venture #RC15 which has Mega Power star Ram Charan in the lead role. Earlier it was heard that Shankar was considering the name of Rashmika Mandanna, Malavika Mohanan and others but finally Kabir Singh fame actress is on the board.

Apparently Kiara Advani did give a hint some time back about her south re-entry. Now the reports are coming that recently Kiara Advani rejected the offer for Jr NTR and Koratala Siva’ film but she accepted Ram Charan film.

 When Koratala Siva offered the role to Kiara, she asked for some time to take the decision but  when in this gap, Shankar approached her, she gave her green signal. Subsequently Kiara Advani rejected #NTR30 and signed #RC15.

The movie is jointly bankrolled by noted producer  Dil Raju and Shirish Garu under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. #RC15 marks the second collaboration between Kiara Advani and Ram Charan, after the 2019 Telugu action movie Vinaya Vidheya Rama.  It will be Dil Raju’s 50th production venture.

Kiara Advani is gearing up for the release Shershaah, which  is set to premiere on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video on 12th August, ahead of India’s Independence Day.

It is known that Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi’s ”Love Story” release date was postponed due to the second wave of the Coronavirus. The makers postponed the release of the film, keeping in mind the health and safety of our beloved audience.  Now according to the latest report, the makers of Love Story have locked the release date.

As the  theatres have reopened across the state, the makers of Sai Pallavi and Naga Chaitanya starrer Love Story are planning to release the film on 10th September.  The official confirmation regarding the release date will be made very soon.  Love Story is produced by Amigos Creations in association with Sree Venkateswara Cinemas

The teaser of  Sekhar Kammula’ directorial venture Love Story was released on 10th January, and it has received an overwhelming response from the movie lovers. Saranga Dariya, a Telangana folk song has achieved a unique feat. The peppy fold number has crossed 100 million views on YouTube.

The song became a huge hit among Sai Pallavi‘s fans. Apart from  the lead pair,  Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi’ Love Story also stars Posani Krishna Murali, Rao Ramesh, Rajeev Kanakala, Devayani, Easwari Rao, Satyam Rajesh and Thagubothu Ramesh in important roles.

Aadhi accepts Green India Challenge

Samantha, Vijay Sethupathi, Prabhas, Anupama Parameswaran, Devi Sri Prasad, Lakshmi Manchu, Raashi Khanna, Rashmika Mandanna have already took part in the Green India Challenge. And now it was the turn of Telugu actor Aadhi Pinishetty. Aadhi also accepted the Green India Challenge and planted the saplings.  He was seen making the environment green. In a post on social media it is mentioned that the actor was nominated for the challenge by actor Shatru , works predominantly in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada cinema.

Aadhi planted 3 saplings and he nominated Akanksha Singh, Nikki Galrani and Mithun Chakraborty.   He urged them to continue the chain. All the actors are yet to take the challenge.

 Aadhi also thankedRajya Sabha MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar for initiating the Green India Challenge, an effort to increase the green cover across the country.

 Santosh Kumar’s Green India Challenge  initiative has crossed Telangana borders and spread to around ten  states, including neighboring Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Delhi and Uttarakhand. He  launched his initiative on 17th July  2017.

On the work front Aadhi Pinisetty will be next seen playing the important role in the young and energetic actor Ram Pothineni in the upcoming untitled film, which is being directed by Lingusamy.

Fresh rumor on Sarkaru Vaari Paata busted

On Saturday, Sarkaru Vaari Paata makers posted a treat for Mahesh Babu fans.  The makers  shared the actor’s first look from the film, which they tagged as “Sarkaru Vaari Paata First Notice.” In the poster, Mahesh Babu was seen stepping out of a red car.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata is one of the much awaited movie of Tollywood, which is slated to hit the theaters on  the occasion of Sankranthi 2022. It is known that S Thaman has been roped in  this film to render the tune. Since yesterday, news has been going around Kollywood musician, Anirudh Ravichander has crooned for a song in the film a few days back.

But   the sources close to the makers of Sarkaru Vaari Paata  has denied the news. They busted the rumor by saying that this combo of Thaman and Anirudh Ravichander has recorded a song for yet another film and not for Sarkaru Vaari Paata, which has National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh.

So far, the makers of Sarkaru Vaari Paata  have shared a poster and a motion poster of the film. The audio rights of Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh starrer have been sold to Sa Re Ga Ma South. As per trade analyst Ramesh Bala, the deal has been confirmed for a whopping price Rs 4.5 Cr.
