Power Star Pawan Kalyan is making his comeback in acting field with an upcoming courtroom drama Vakeel Saab, which is being helmed by Venu Sriram.  Vakeel Saab is the remake of  Hindi film Pink in which Amitabh Bachchan played the role of a lawyer.  According to the latest update, 80 per cent shoot of the film Vakeel Saab  has been completed and the rest will be wrapped shortly once the situations get to normal.

The reports are coming that the makers of Vakeel Saab starring Pawan Kalyan are building a huge court set up in Ramoji Film City and are planning to complete the remaining shoot in Film City.

Since the opening scene of Vakeel Saab opens with a fight, Pawan Kalyan fans are eagerly waiting to see their favorite star in action after a long gap.  The sources close to the film unit revealed that the Telugu version of the film will be entirely different from the original Hindi version. The makers have made few changes in the script  according to Telugu nativity and some action episodes are included to meet the expectations of  Pawan Kalyan fans.

Vakeel Saab, is being bankrolled by Dil Raju and Boney Kapoor whereas it has the music by Thaman.

It is known news that initially  Trisha Krishnan was on the board but she walked away from the project and the makers rope Kajal Aggarwal to romance with Chiranjeevi. The film Acharya  has a Naxalite background.

Recently Tharun Bhascker  took to his Instagram and shared a lengthy post. He first hailed Malayalam film Kappela, directed by Muhammad Musthafa  starring Sreenath Bhasi, Anna Ben, Roshan Mathew, Tanvi Ram and Sudhi Koppa, and appealed his followers to watch this movie on Netflix. Mahesh Babu fans assumed Tharun Bhascker ‘post to be a dig at Mahesh Babu  and his two films, Sarileru Neekevaru and Maharshi.

So Mahesh Babu fans launched the attack in Tharun Bhascker and his friend Producer Sai Krishna. Tharun also came back with a sharp retort, and said, “This is for all  trollers, the cowards who hide behind fake names, hollow identities. i feel sorry for them. The problem is you people don’t have any self esteem that is the main the reason you choose to hide in a croup, behind a fake id. You need an idol, a caste or a community to feel safe.

47 Days movie Review: The Telugu film 47 Days,  starring Satyadev Kancharana, Roshini Prakash, Pooja Jhaveri, Ravi Varma and others, has hit the screens today and is available on Zee5. The movie is helmed by Pradeep Maddali, and jointly bankrolled by Vijay Donkada and Raghu Kunche. Let’s see the story of Satyadev film.

Story: ACP Satya (Satyadev)  is on a six-month suspension because he cannot get over his wife Paddu’s (Roshini Prakash) mysterious death. However he chances upon a case that might finally give him all the answers he is  looking for but he falls prey to a drug case. What happened next? Form rest of the story of 47 days.

Performance: Satyadev’ performance is highlighted in this film. He is superb in the investigating case.  As a frustrated cop with an emotional backdrop, Satyadev is superb. He looks good in all the investigating scenes. Pooja Jhaveri is fine. Roshini Prakash is also decent in her role. Srikanth Iyengar gives his top notch performance too. His way of dialogue delivery is appreciable. Ravi Varma in the role of a cop, is good. Remaining cast perform accordingly.

 Technical: The story of 47 days is interesting. Pradeep Maddali has written a decent story and also places his characters well. The dialogues are good but the movie has weak screenplay.  The cinematography work is superb and showcases Vizag superbly. Production values are decent. The music by Raghu Kunche is  painful but his BGM is  good. The folk songs are placed neatly. Editing is below par as at least fifteen minutes should have been chopped off in the first half.

Analysis: Overall, Satyadev starrer 47 Days has a decent story.  The movie has predictable twists and the lack of gripping scenes that a thriller needs are missing.

Bigger trouble: Forgery Case on Cinematographer Shyam K Naidu

In the month of May, character artist Sai Sudha of Arjun Reddy fame filed a cheating case against the cinematographer Shyam K Naidu with SR Nagar Police,  and accused him of dumping her after promising to marry her over the years. Hyderabad’s SR Nagar police arrested him within days. But he came out on remand after he was granted bail. Now according to the latest update, cameraman Shyam K Naidu has landed in more troubles.

The reports say that Shyam K Naidu had got Sai Sudha’ signature forged and secured the bail.

When this case came for hearing, Shyam K Naidu submitted a petition in the court that it is a compromise and it had the signature of Sai Sudha. But Sai Sudha claimed that her signature was forged.

Sai Sudha approached the court and revealed that the bail was secured in the wrong way.  The Nampally court  has cancelled the bail of  cinematographer Shyam K Naidu and directed the police to file two more cases against the cameraman. Now the cinematographer is in even bigger trouble.

Shyam K Naidu is well known for his work in films like Jr NTR starrer Temper, Mahesh Babu starrer Pokiri, Allu Arjun starrer Julayi. He is the brother of cinematographer Chota K Naidu.
