Yashoda  box office Collections:  Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer women centric film Yashoda, hit the theatres on November 11. The pan-Indian multilingual film starred Samantha as and in the titular role. The Hindi version of the film witnessed no major clash box office-wise, other than Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s Uunchai. The  action thriller is receiving positive reviews from audiences and the critics. Now according to the latest report, Yashoda has collected Rs 10.07 Cr shares at the worldwide box office  in 5 days

While Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is showing fabulous collections, Uunchai is also growing well with every passing show.  Now according to the latest report, Kantara has grossed $800,991 [Rs 6.50 Crs] from UAE box office till Nov 13th.

The Industry tracker Ramesh Bala confirmed the same by sharing the collections figure of Kantara on his Twitter: At the #UAE Box office, till Nov 13th, #Kantara has grossed $800,991 [Rs 6.50 Crs].

Kantara, which translates to mystical forest, is all about the story of a local demigod – Bhoota, who trades  the forest land with a king in 1870 in exchange for happiness. Many years later, when king’s son grows greedy and wants the land back, he dies due to the wrath of Bhoota.

RRR latest Japan Box office collections

RRR Japan Box Office collections :  SS Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR,  starring Young Tiger Jr NTR and Mega Power Star Ram Charan, which is bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment was released on  October 21 and received superb response. The film has the music by Baahubali fame  MM Keeravaani. The big budget drama  RRR has recorded highest first week collections for an Indian film in Japan. The film also has  Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt, Shriya Saran and Ajay Devgn in the important roles. Now according to the latest report, RRR has collections $1,715,810 from Japan till date.

The Industry tracker Ramesh Bala confirmed the same by sharing a post on Twitter: At the #Japan Box office, #RRRMovie has added $138,533 in its 4th weekend for a Total of $1,715,810[Rs 14 Crs]..

The movie is showing excellent hold even on working days. The film gross collections is in the range of Rs 14 Crs, in Indian currency.

Rajamouli’ film  RRR was released on 209 screens and 31 Imax screens across 44 cities and prefectures in Japan, the widest for an Indian film in the country.   It was the only foreign film at Japanese box office, ahead of  the movies  Spencer, The Bad Guys and Jurassic World Dominion.

CM KCR plans for Krishna’s last rites with state honours

The entire Tollywood is in grief, after Superstar Krishna left the world today. Many celebrities from Telugu cine field are paying tributes to the legendary personality. Krishna breathed his last today in the morning in Hyderabad.

The chief minister of the state K. Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to plan Krishna’s last rites that are going to take place tomorrow. He has also directed the Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar  to run the last rites ceremony with state honours. The late actor’s mortal remains have been kept at Vijay Krishna’s Residence Nanakaramguda,  Hyderabad. 

Later, they will be taken to Gachibowli Stadium to allow the public to pay their tributes towards the senior actor. His final rites will happen tomorrow at Mahaprasthanam in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. 

As a sign of solicitude, the Telugu film producers’ council announced that the film shootings would be stopped on November 17. They will also release an official statement regarding this.
